Bad Customer Service

They promise to review your application in 5 business days but it takes over a month! The applicants school registration and tuition payment deadline passed, and they never gave updates until we called them a thousand and one times. They promise to send email updates but you never receive them, not even one saying theyre still working on it. Had to call over 5 times to re-explain a document on my file because they apparently dont leave notes after calls and it was very exhausting. Its been over 5 weeks and were still waiting. I wouldnt wish the nerves and anxiety they cause on my worst enemy. In total, I believe we have called 50+ times for updates or to get things sorted out, which is insane.ApppAp

User's recommendation: Apply for the loan well in advacne because the timeline they give may screw you over.
