Hello. I had issue with my credit report and I had to contact the credit report bureau about it. Amendments, was made and a clean credit report was issued to me void, of delinquencies which I attached to an email and sent to empower financing .But I was told by empower ,that is still has lingering figures for the pas 12months .
Hello. I have sent two(2) emails to m power with my credit report from the credit bureau ltd.
Free from delinquencies. Attached to the first email is the report.
Please, kindly inform m power about it. All means of contacting them directly has been abortive.

My application rejected.
Hello. Goodevening.
I tried calling but I guess you guys have closed for the day. I have up loaded the statement showing, am free from any sort of delinquencies. And a proof of it in the statement from the credit bureau ltd. It contains about four(4 to 6) pages which I have sent through email to you.
Kindly review and let me know what next step to take. Thank you very much.

My application rejected.
I have sent my credit report void of delinquencies. Since 1st of September 2023.
I have been waiting for s fit back from mpower but to no avail.
I called and I was given an email to send my credit report to which I did, but still no reply from them. I called again after much waiting and asked if they have my credit report sent but 'No' was the answer.
My application was rejected. Reasons was because there was an error saying I took an on paid loans...the word used...was "delinquencies".
I contacted the credit bureau ltd and it has been resolves. Please can I apply again?
I just applied to my school (university of Dayton) for the spring 2024. Starting in January.

Bad Customer Service
They promise to review your application in 5 business days but it takes over a month! The applicants school registration and tuition payment deadline passed, and they never gave updates until we called them a thousand and one times.
They promise to send email updates but you never receive them, not even one saying theyre still working on it. Had to call over 5 times to re-explain a document on my file because they apparently dont leave notes after calls and it was very exhausting. Its been over 5 weeks and were still waiting.
I wouldnt wish the nerves and anxiety they cause on my worst enemy. In total, I believe we have called 50+ times for updates or to get things sorted out, which is insane.ApppAp
