Empow Flame doesn't work
Hello, I recently got a empow flame earbuds as a gift. When it's fully charged and I'm using it on a call, it turns off.
When I try and turn it on again, it doesn't turn on. Why?

My item was never received. It's been over 4 weeks.
No confirmation email, no tracking, no item. The phone is disconnected. They did take my money right away, though.
I reported you for credit card fraud. Damn it!

My solar generator stopped working and I can’t charge it
My solar generator that I purchased just 4 months ago will not charge the battery bank died this morning about 8 o'clock and I have had it plugged up since I've tried both the 11 a/c charger and the 12 volt dc neither one will change it
Need to know when headset will be delivered
I ordered last Friday I thought it was 3 day shipping I paid extra for shipping can you tell me when my order will arrive I am losing $$$ because I cant work without the headset and other stores do not stock this headset

Can't register warranty on MPOW website.
I guess I am going to return these earbuds to Amazon due to MPOW website will not let me register the warranty. Plus the customer service phone number is no longer in service. Mpow seems to be a shady company.
