We received the wrong product; it was a headphone HC9 instead of the HC5 that we ordered. We tried contacting Mpow customer service, but they never answered.

They never asked us to change the item, and on the website, it clearly said that it was in stock. We're starting to think Mpow is just a scam.

Buyer beware. Buy headphones with mpow only if willing to lose money.

Headphones purchased from Walmart.com with 3 year extended warranty from Allstate stopped working during 12 months after purchase. MPOW phone number doesnt work.

MPOW customer support Email doesnt respond to request for help.

This is a failure on the part of Mpow, Walmart, and Allstate. Together, they have collaborated to cheat consumers.

User's recommendation: Do not buy MPOW products. Do not shop on Walmart.com, Do not buy extended warranties from Allstate.

Empow Flame doesn't work
