Refuse to take credit cards

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Access to website enabled.
Despite many attempts, I have been unable to access Mp3Va's website. I have been a long standing customer and have not changed any of my details.
All I get when I try to get in is "invalid email or password".
I am currently trying to contact the company but am still awaiting a reply. There is clearly an issue with accessing a company with a previously great record.

- - The site cannot process credit card payments despite accepting cards.
- - Payments fail for any card and the support mailbox appears unresponsive.
Product is useless if the website does not allow payment for purchase of songs/albums. Says right on the website they accept credit cards yet when you enter any credit card, it will say it failed.
Try contacting support through their mailbox & nothing happens.
I've been a customer for 20+? years... can't remember exactly, but it has been a looong time! Here I run into a problem & this is how a loyal long time customer is treated???
Seriously shameful! Come on y'all...provide some customer service here & show some pride in your product. This is a great platform & I really enjoy using it. I hope that some of the money goes back to the artist, and that is why I support it.
(Hmmmph, assumption, I should check into that) If nobody can enter a form of payment, the site will just die. Unless that is the goal here, this problem needs immediate attention & fixed immediately.

They responded quickly and resolved my issue immediately.
The responded almost immediately and gave me an alternate web address to use while they fix the issue. I love this site, and their customer service is excellent.
I have an extensive MP3va account that I have enjoyed for well over 7 years now, but suddenly, I can no longer access my account on any browser I have tried. (Chrome, Duck Duck Go, New Internet). All of the browsers I have access to are blocking your website.
Could you please tell me how I can access my extensive music library?

I am currently attempting to top up my balance, but mp3va will no longer accept payment via PayPal. Instead I am directed to sites and encouraged to buy vouchers which are redeemed when purchasing files or encouraged to buy Bitcoin.
They don't seem to have any interest in fixing the payment problem. When I quoted ERROR 1010, I was told that this is a generic code.?
What does that mean? It looks like goodbye from me.
