Marco and his men custom blended a color for my floors until I saw one I loved. They were clean and efficient and wanted to assure my satisfaction. This is now the 2nd time I have used them in the last 5 years.

- She wanted us to design the entire first floor from a 2x2 sample; pricing was fair.
Marianne was the most completely unhelpful person I've ever met. We wanted to redo the 1st floor, and she expected us to envision an entire first floor (hardwood) based off of a 2" x 2" sample.
She offered us no help and had the audacity to even talk down to us because we were not sure of what we wanted. We went there to purposely for figuring out what we wanted.
She was totally unhelpful, talked down to us and I would never ever ever recommend her to a friend of mine. Reasonably priced, but unless if you feel like being treated like ***, I'd go elsewhere

He was confident and understanding from the very beginning. That professionalism gave me the peace of mind I needed and he followed up with an unbelievable job.
