Stranded in Panama

Stranded at the Panama Airport for 3 hours. Flights are NOT monitored on their side. We had to get another taxi service to get us out, which was and extra $48 (plus tip) that was already paid to Mozio. They are so unreliable that we booked outside transportation BACK to the airport so we dont have to worry about it. And to top it all off, they send me an email link in regards to how they did? Yeah, do NOT go through this company. At this point in time, were out $80 (yippee, but we were at an airport for 3 HOURS).

Brug ALDRIG Mozio! Ingen afhentning - dårlig kundeservice!

Hvis du ønsker en sikker transport, så vælg IKKE Mozio. Afskrække et både dyrt og kedeligt værekendtskab og de giver ikke svar på at spise henvendelsøh! - Når mand beder om kl tale med en ledeh, gentager medarbejderen bare sig selv. Vi havde bestilt en afhentning fra hotellet til lufthavnen. Vi var allerede klar 10 minutter før afhentningstidspunktet og vi ventede i alt 25 minutter, ingen afhentning. Vi kontaktede kundeservice, hvilket koster os 385,- inden vi fik fat i en medarbejder, der forsøgte at kontakte chaufføren, uden holdt, så vi blev bedt om selv at finde en transport og skrive en variabel klage. Forsinkelsen koster os næsten flyveturen, for hotellet ligger 30 - 45 minutter fra lufthavnen, og det er ikke altid muligt at praje en taxa i området! Turen vi havde booket med Mozio koster 15 euro, men det hele, inklusive telefonopkald og bestilling af ny transport, kom op på 75 euro! - Så, hvad du er ligeglad med, du bruger dine penge på, HOLD DU LANGT VÆK FRA MOZIO

DON'T BELIEVE THESE GUYS, THEY BOOK RESERVATIONS FOR PICK UP BUT THEY DON'T SHOW UP. IT HAPENNED TO ME THIS PAST SUNDAY. I MISSED MY FLIGHT BECAUSE THEY DID NOT SHOW UP TO PICK ME UP. NEXT TIME I'LL CALL UBER. I SHOULD'VE DONE THAT IN THE FIRST PLACE.
