If you want a B&W Mural, this is the place.
These people are color-blind and con artists.
Website picture work is phony.
Good lip service, nothing else!
User's recommendation: Go elsewhere.
Stealing Artists' Work
This company is clearly accustomed to stealing unique works of art from contemporary artists trying to make an honest living. They reproduce work they find online and shared on social media into their mosaics.
They refuse to take down the work when approached by the artists. Please do not let companies like this continue their crooked business tactics. There are millions of images in the public domain they could use or, better yet, come up with their own ideas.
They have recently stolen the work of a young Cuban artist, an image of the Holy Spirit. They clearly have no respect for hard work and the rights of artists!
Preferred solution: Justice for the artists
User's recommendation: Do not support them! Crooked businesses like this should be out of business.

Verified ReviewerFailure to deliver what they promised
Mozaico sent me a beautiful picture which I accepted and paid to have made. Months later they sent pictures of a mosaic which had stark color differences.
I did not accept it. They said they would remake it. They sent me a picture of a beautiful mosaic but delivered the one I had said was unacceptable. It been a year and they refuse to stand by their guarantee of satisfaction.
The extra pieces for filling in spaces where stones fell out were scraps that had no color match to anything in my mosaic.
Also it has pieces that are so tightly fit together with the smalls gaps between filled with glue so there are whole areas where grout wont even it. The end product was too ugly &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; amateurish to install in our home and will be a donation to our local Habitat Store since Mozaico refused to remake it or refund our money.

They are Lying and dishonest
We ordered a mosaic turtle and a border. I asked the owner to send me photo before shipping it.
Then I asked him not to send what they made because it looked too different from website. He manipulated us into thinking he was remaking it and just waited too weeks and sent the one we had rejected and asked him not to send.
I will be contesting charge with Paypal and credit card company . I strongly suggest you don't give this company any money
NEVER EVER BUY SURROUND TILE FROM MOZAICO!
A year ago, I purchased a mural with surrounding tile for a complete and total bathroom renovation. No colors in the surrounding tile were used in the mural so I asked for a refund of the surround tile but they refused.
They said it was my fault for not specifically stating that I wanted the surround to match the mural. I used the mural but had to purchase the surrounding tile elsewhere. This year, that same surrounding tile that cost me over 4 THOUSAND dollars ($4,000.00) is still sitting here. Again I am doing a complete and total bathroom renovation (trying to do one every year).
I hated their customer service but I loved that mural so I ordered a different mural and asked that they make absolutely sure to use the same colors in this surrounding tile so that I could make a second attempt to use the piles of surround tile just sitting here. The mural came and looks beautiful. It also matches the surround tile. Win right?
Wrong. In an attempt to hang the surrounding tile, my professional tile installers learned that it is impossible to keep the 1' squares plumb due to the fact that each sheet is of different shaped and sized little stones. This is Mozaico's selling point in the fact that each little piece is hand chipped and glued to the 1' sheets. Upon calling the installation help line, my pros were told (and I was standing there and heard it myself or otherwise would not believe it) that it is not possible to hang these tiles plumb and that Mozaico should never sell these sheets of hand-chipped stones as surround tile.
AGAIN, I am asking these folks for a refund. Even though I threw more money at the problem (to them) per their request, I still have a problem, ie 3 thousand dollars with of tile that I cannot use for anything.
Again, I had to travel on a 4-hour round trip to the closest tile facility that could provide me enough surround tile that would actually work asap. Mozaico's customer service is horrifying!

Absolutely Beautiful!
I am taking time to post about Mozaico because I was so very pleased with the product and service. I ordered from a man named Shadi and he was quite polite, patient, and knowledgable about the product.
I wanted to know all the types of marble contained within the mosaic I was about to order and he was very helpful. I also wanted an absolute price--Delivered--so no extra surprises. The mosaic floor piece is about 52" x 82" and the the listello is about 9' x 6". This came all the way from Lebanon, it took about 4 weeks to be custom made and delivered and cost a total of $2,000.
Everyone comments how stunning and beautiful this is. I couldn't be happier!
Note that the tiny pieces of marble are not exactly flush with each other because it is hand made. Some people on this site complained about the effect, but we love it as the slight variation makes the piece sparkle.
Mozaico refused to refund money
We purchased a mosaic that was not satisfactory. After several attempts we were able to negotiate a paid return for the product.
The product was returned successfully as evidenced by the tracking information. We then waited several weeks for our refund. We were told that the refund was issued. There was no evidence any money was put back into our Paypal account.
Mozaico then stopped responding to our repeated contact attempts.
We finally were able to get our money back by disputing the charge using Paypal.
If, in spite of all the complaints, you decide to purchase a product from this company I suggest you use Paypal or a credit card you can file a dispute with. This company lied about issuing a refund and stonewalled attempts at further communication.
Delivered wrong size and would not make good on their guarantee
I ordered a 20 X 30 mosaic. It came as 30 X 20.
The company rep said I could use the one that was delivered to me and for an extra $250 they would make the one I ordered! He also said I could use the mosaic he sent me someplace else. That was very presumptuous. And in reality, I have no use for an exgtra mosaic, particularly in the same image as one I was still hoping to get.
So the price for my mosaic went from $350 to $600! I invoked the money back guarantee and then he said they would make another one in the dimensions I originally ordered.
Said it would arrive in 2 weeks. It's over 2 weeks and I am still waiting....I would never order from this complany again.
Copyright Infringement
This company has stolen and copied artwork without permission. Do not do business with this company. They are stealing artwork that isn't theirs and taking credit for it.
I'd be ashamed if this was my company! They are total cheats. Create your own artwork and quit stealing other pieces of work that artists have worked hard on!
If you're an artist, make sure to have watermarks on all of your images so that companies like this one can't steal your work! Check on the website to make sure they didn't steal any of your work!
What a lame way to do business.
Tile never received as ordered
We ordered tile in November. When it came it was not the same colors as we ordered.
They agreed saying they were out of that color. We sent it back, it was $500 worth of tile. They did not give us our money back. They told us they would get the color in.
4 months later after not getting my money I went to VISA who helped me out. They then said they had the right color in. I went to order and they told me they would not because I had got my money back. I offered to pay again.
They refused. I highly recommend not doing business with this company. We ordered tile in November. When it came it was not the same colors as we ordered. They agreed saying they were out of that color.

Mozaico.com violates artists copyrights on its tiles and backsplash products
Mozaico.com has violated the copyright of artist Linda Paul and several other well known American artists by using their images without permission or payment. Do not do business with them.
They copy images off the internet and reproduce them onto moscaic tiles and sell them for very high prices.
They have been warned before of violations and they have changed their name.
If you are an artist you may want to check this site to see if your work and its copyright has been violated.

Sam Klaimi at PhoenicianArts.com
This is the link to what the mosaic when you order will look like: http://www.mozaico.net/mosaics/prodView.asp?idproduct=562
Note: the sky is BLUE on the Mozaico.net website for the Adam and Eve piece. The cost on the website is $1,182.80. I paid $1,150.00 and shipping is included. Sam Klaimi guaranteed me via email and phone calls that the sky on the mosaic is blue and this is not what was delivered to me.
Worse of all, however, is the different tile heights on this mosaic. This was to be made to go onto my main floor and my expectation is that this piece will be relatively even to be walked upon. There are about 10 different height sizes on this mosaic (mostly on Eve's side of the picture). The contractor and the tile guys were appalled at this mosaic piece when it finally arrived. They will not have anything to do this mosaic unless I have it leveled out before installation and grout can be put on it. I am now being charged for more delay on tile installation and they are not even sure if they want to be responsible for even/leveled it out because they may damage it. They have never seen such a BIG differential in height sizes on a mosaic before - especially when it is made for a floor.
I have been trying to contact Phoenician Arts and Mozaico, Sam Klaimi, for the last month and no one will resolve my problem. Sam is saying there is nothing he can do and I have to deal with Lebanon myself because he didn't make it. This company has no ethics or take accountability for their product
DO NOT do business with Mozaico or Phoenician Arts
Delivered bad product and doing nothing to resolve it
I purchased a large mosaic piece for my main floor from Sam Klaimi at Mozaico.com also known as Phoenicianarts.com in Oct 2008. Sam told me it would take 10 days to make. After 10 days, Sam sent me a picture in which I requested changes. It took another two weeks to fix. Sam sent me another picture and I said the sky is still grey and not at all blue as discussed or guaranteed. Sam said the picture is muted but it's fixed and the sky is blue. The mosaic finally arrived from Lebanon last week with grey color sky and it has so many different tile heights that it's now costing me $700.00 to have it sand down before it can be put on the floor. I have tried to contact Sam at Mozaico.com (Phoenicianarts.com) and no one will rectify the issues. He is saying the claim department will call me to but no one ever calls me back.
The mosaic piece is 51" X 70" and cost over 1K. It's costing me so much to hold off construction waiting for the mosaic and now I have to fix it before my guys can even install it. They show lack of ethics, no pride in theirs works and poor services after taking your money.

This situation arose from a customer that supplied artwork from a greeting card and was then upset that the mosaic was offered for sale as a mosaic design offered by Mozaico. Although the mosaic was base on the supplied artwork, it was customized by a Mozaico artist to the clients likening, because the client did not pay a design fee, the design belongs to Mozaico and therefore is legitimately offered for sale.
