Never again!

was moving on the 31st. of July. movers showed up a hour early and in a 20ft. truck it was too small to move everything in one trip, took two trips and charged me double what they had told me. that's not all one of the persons moving me who name is Steve quit half way before we was done! Steve couldn't handle it he was throwing boxes around putting my freezer food in bedroom, witch we lost $200.00 of meats because I had no idea it was in the bedroom,the box was clearly marked freezer food. I had lots of broken dishes,and the worst thing I had a 65" Vizio tv-smart tv+wifi+fullHD+3D+slim design LED we paid 1748.00. well Steve managed to crack the screen,we had it packaged well in the box it came in with foam protection on 6 places inside the box. I believe that he kicked the box when he broke the tv. I've tried to get a hold of them getting recording at least five times so far,leaving messages. I'm not going away! and I guess it's time to take them to court,wish me luck! they are by far the worst movers I have ever had!!!!!! they are your worst night mare!!!!

I called and spoke to Dewayne. We had set up a time for them to move me on Friday at 8:00am. He called back about 30 mins later and said he was "sorry but "his boss" (Dewayne is the mastermind behind all this!) said they were booked for Friday could they do it Saturday at 0800." I said yes. He called that friday and I said, "so I have you booked for 1:00 on Saturday." I said "no it was suppose to 8:00am but 1:00pm would be fine." I should have known then that something was wrong because he couldn't keep his booking straight. And he will keep saying "his boss." He called Saturday morning the day of the move and said they could come early at 11:30 and I said no because that was the time my finance, who is deployed, calls me. They show at 12:00 not 1:00 with a 20ft truck not a 25ft truck like he said he would have. He looked around and said he was going to need a bigger truck and that he would return in 30 mins. HE NEVER SHOWED BACK UP! HE SENT MY CALLS TO VOICE MAIL AND DID NOT RETURN ANY OF MY MESSAGES! I had to hire another moving company and now have to pay double because of such short notice but thank God for them! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! FRAUDS!!!!!!! www.movingamerican.com 303-304-****
