I've been a member of MoviePass for months and was very happy with it in the beginning. Then they started changing their policies first, removing blockbuster movies, then limiting movies, then needing a photo of the ticket and changing the number of movies allowed per month from unlimited to 3. All of that was okay. Now we can only see the movies listed on their website for today's date. That would also be acceptable because there are 12 movies showing for today. However, when you get to the theater to sign in for the movie, there are only 2 movies to choose from. We've been unable to see a movie for two weeks because the choice is so poor. I contacted MoviePass using their chat feature and got nowhere. I then called them and the woman I spoke with said she couldn't help me with my phone app but to go to the theater and call each time to pick a movie. I then tried email and I got a response that they were having issues and they were sorry but I should give it time. They then gave me instructions on how to use their service that are the ones I use that don't work!!!! I emailed again and asked them to read my email before responding and they haven't responded. It's very simple, the movies they say are available aren't!!! This is either false advertising and illegal or, they have a phone app that's broken and they need to fix it!! BEWARE.
