My returns experience was made easy by Christine, this lady shared my disappointment and helped me to return my parcel in a very efficient way !

Item placed in dustbin!!
Order number M1654**** boys waterproof jacket.
I have been waiting for this to be delivered. Looked back and found an email from from when we were away and Evri put the item in the dustbin and then of course it was removed.
I would appreciate you sending a replacement.
Please advise.

Faulty product
I purchased a pair of Recco boots 18th July, the fixed tags claim they are 100%water proof. I have only been out in the rain 3 times, but my experience of this claim wide of the mark.
I assume that 100% means my socks should be dry on returning home.
I look forwards to your response and a swift solution to my problem. Purchase on line on the above date.
