Monthly Frustration and disappointment...

I love Mountain Valley Spring Water. I don't have any problem paying extra for a lesser amount on Mountain Valley Sparkling Water anywhere if that is advertised so.

My membership with Alhambra/ is the only known company that deliver Mountain Valley Spring Water in my area.

Ive not found another delivery service that carry the 5 gallon Mountain Spring Water and because we love Mountain Spring Water I have stuck it out with the delivery company. (Please let me know if there's another water company that delivery Mountain Spring Water that service San Francisco.)

Communication with Alhambra/ have proven to me a level of frustration that is worthy to cancel the membership. Writing this complaint is in hope I dont have to subscribe to a more reliable delivery service and change water all together. If I must, I will.

Here is the list of problem with the Alhambra/ water delivery service..

* Billing is always an issue when I order Sparking, delivery the wrong amount, charge me more and deliver less.


* takes two months with constant calls and emails to track them to make sure problem is rectified.

* every call is over one hour hold time.

* every report taken by their customer service is never addressed bcs I am still dealing with no call backs and account does not reflect correction.

* this is a big problem.. they change delivery date without notice and never give a time of arrival and when they do, they NEVER uphold their commitment. I am a full time working mother trying to provide the best for my family. I cant stay home all day and wait for the water delivery.

* they change delivery personnel w/out notice and I have no way to contact the new delivery personnel.

* I called the dispatch center and leave messages to call me back to set up a workable schedule- no call backs.

* Alhambra/ deliver personnel think they can disturb my neighbors for every uncommitted delivery- this has caused unwanted problems between my neighbors and I.

I believe many of the patrons just put up with very poor delivery date and time commitment.

I won't and I can't, time is precious to me and this is not how I want to spend it. I want to spend it enjoying and feeling good while drinking a cool glass of Mountain Spring Valley Water, not feeling frustrated when drinking and seeing the Mountain Spring Water name.

Tell me if you were in my shoes what would you do?

How can there be a point of contact for open communication? Is there a less frustrating and a more open communication way to have Mountain Spring Water delivered to me?

I would send and picture but my water delivery has yet to arrive..:((
