Mountain Time Cabin Rentals - Theft by Deception
These guys rented us a cabin for a long weekend in Gatlinburg. The cabin was NOT as described, many amenities missing, or broken. They charged us $1000 per day, roughly $3000 for the weekend. I complained upon arrival, and was slow played by Shannon (employee) on a refund. She assured me all would be taken care of, then offered me $100 refund after the trip was complete. I immediately called Airbnb, and they explained that there is a "window" of time that they can get involved in the refund, and that "window" had passed. Shannon is a scammer, slow played me so I wouldn't get my money back.
