Awful company. Crooks.
We ordered 1 package from Sweet Mount Honey in GA. We ordered in Feb for delivery on April 1st. They have repeatedly delayed and delayed (with no notice; I had to call) and are now saying maybe early/mid May. We cancelled the order; they said they'd mail us a check.
Today they called and said they wouldn't be refunding.
Something seems to be going on over there, as a lot of customers are having similar experiences. We are just really disappointed; we were so looking forward to it.

11/26/24 Ordered 3 packages of Russian Hybrid bees, to be shipped 3/27/25. They immediately charged my credit card.
On their own, they changed my ship date and didn't notify me. They later claimed that due to cold weather in Georgia, I would receive on 4/17/25, and when I called for confirmation, they said my packages would ship 5/2-4/25. I tried to cancel the order, they refused and told me that should I file a credit card dispute, they would press criminal charges.
I immediately filed a dispute with my credit card company. Upon checking with Better Business Bureau, their rating is "F", for refusal to respond to customer complaints.

Their Italian bees are so gentle as well.

FALSE ADVERTISING is their game. When you prove they are false advertising they do not remove the false advertising.
When they screw you out of hundreds of dollars on hundreds of items, time.
They IF they take them back you have to pay return shipping for their lying. Costing you even more money. They are Crooks, bottom line.! It is NOT A mistake in shipping.
Their lies are at this time while I am writing this on their site. This is just part of their False advertising. Their frames are NOT at thick as they claim they are minimum thickness flimsey, they advertise black foundation only sent white. Run Away.
I should have listen to the internet filled with only Negative reviews of this company. There is Nothing sweet about this company.
