Bought a RAV4 in September 2015 for a week now it will not start has been in the shop three days service people very rude and still no answers as to what's going on with my brand-new car.... I'm thinking the lemon law applies to these people

Check engine light scam
Mountaint States Toyota in Denver, Co. We took our car their to get a general oil change and service check done. They called and said we needed the brake fluid and transmission fluid flushed and changed. Ok, we did it. About an hour after taking our car home, the Check Engine Light came on. We took the car back the next day and they said they would have to run a diagnostic test on it- $105. Of course they find a dirty valve that they wiped clean and now the light turned off When I was discussing this scam with the service man, I remembered that the morning I first brought my car for the oil change, someone had come in saying the his Check Engine Light came on after leaving the dealership.
