I was working with Eric. He was supposed to call me back with a final price on a Goldwing.

I had talked to him several times about the bike. I live 2hours away from the business, and told him that. He called while I was in the Doctor's office. I can't talk to the doctor/nurse and a sales rep at the same time.

He left a voice mail saying he had someone interested in the bike but would give me first choice. This other person was offering more money. I called him as soon as I got out of the doctors office, 20 minuets later. He was with a customer I was told.

I continued on to work. I called back, he was unavailable. I called the third time. This time I was told he'd call me right back.

Some one ELSE called me and said " Eric said to tell you he sold the Gold wing". Really? In less than an hour? He promised me first choice.

He was to call me back, with a final price. and did not. Then sold the bike with 45 minuets of his first call. Folks, that is sorry business.

Just sorry business. You can't keep you word, no since in doing business with someone like that.

You can only believe or take someone at their word. Seems like this business doesn't care how potential customers are treated.id

Went to dealership to buy motorcycle found one that i liked was going to go back home and get can am for trade in (it was raining)got back to dealership and they sold the bike i was wanting. One salesperson said someone came in with cash another salesperson said guy from yesterday got approved so he came to get it.

Which one is it? Very dishonest and rude.

I live about an hour away..so I emailed and called for a out the door price quote.. I never received... oh they called next day but wouldnt give me a quote.. said they would call back....

hmm still waiting for an answer... they returned email approximately 3 days later..guess what no quote.. all they would say in the email was customer application discount..

wouldnt they at least try and earn my business by answering my initial question....

Im not going to drive an hour to hope they have what im looking for in stock...why run an part of your business on the internet ...When you cant return a simple request for price quote... they have definitely lost my money...

Horrible experience with the internet sales department. They are shady and lie about the price, lie about *** stories that they make up to convince you why to buy today and don't remember what lie they told you.

They tell you one price, however it took weeks to actually get a written purchase order and wouldn't you know the price was considerably higher. Buddy and Trey are both a joke. *** poor customer service and no clue what they are doing. We actually put a deposit down on 2 waverunners that we had been talking about for a week or so and it turns out they never had either of them in stock.

Complete waste of time.

I have been fighting for a month to get my deposit back. Still no luck.
