Mountain House Freeze Dried Foods - Website malfunctions indicating that your order did NOT go through yet they charge your cards. Takes week to get your money back. Avoid purchasing anything from their in house website. Better yet just go somewhere else - you will be happier in the end. The owner did call use back about the $800+ plus in bad charges said they would be reversed; still waiting. Mountain house food may have a good reputation and if you must - call in the order or go through a third party. Customer services troll was and is the worst person to have answering questions. All in all we would eat live rattlesmnake meat before shopingthere again!
