New Reviewer - Defective Product -no refund

I have been a customer of Gold Advantage Joint for over 2 years. I received a bottle of supplements with over 14 broken capsules and pieces. Since this never happened before I called customer service to ask for a replacement. They said the only thing thy could do and they were not flexible was to refund the charge to my citibank card and recharge me for a new one. I told them we no longer had the card because it was stolen and the balance is under dispute so there is no way we would get our money back. I then asked to talk to a supervisor and she said there was no one there. So I asked for a call back and she said she couldn't do that either. All I want is another bottle to replace the broken ones.
