READ THE FINE PRINT ON RETURNS BEFORE ORDERING!! I ordered a vest that was on sale, only to find that items that are discounted by 30% or more are returnable ONLY for store credit.
I wanted to try a different size anyway, and was told over the phone that I could return the vest to one of their retail stores for a refund. But when I arrived (and the store was a pain to find) I didn't like how the other size fit either and decided to return the vest. They would only give me a gift card, assuring me that I could use it on the website as well as in-store.
I've looked and looked online for something I want, but the selection is nowhere near what is available in-store, and the search algorithms are the pits. Hopefully I'll find something before they decide that my gift card is expired; and after I use it they're not getting any more of my money.
