I wanted to know if a down jacket could be machine washed. There was nowhere on the product specifications that told me this.
I did not want to purchase the jacket without this information. Obviously it would tell you the washing instructions on the jacket itself.
Perhaps this is something that you could add to the specifications going forward. However a lovely lady called Lorraine answered my questions and was very informative!
