Verified ReviewerI was contacted by the New Zealand office asking whether a delivery to NZ would be acceptable because I lived in the UK. I informed them that a delivery to the other side of the planet didn't help.
A small part has been damaged rendering the buggy useless.As no parts are available and they are uncontactable it is now unusable.

A wheel spindle has broken and a replacement part is needed. However, this seems impossible to repace as there is no customer service.

I ordered the stroller with Accessories on Jul 10, 2021 and got Charged CAD 307.09 in whole by the credit card company on Jul 12, 2021
I was so looking forward to having a new stroller, while some comments said FAST delivery
5 days after purchase (Jul 15, 2021), I wrote my 1st email and would like to check the status, NO response!
10 days after purchase (Jul 20, 2021) 2nd email, same result -NO response!
11 days after purchase (Jul 21, 2021) 3rd email, same result-NO response!
21 days after purchase (July 31, 2021), I tried to call the hotline (4th time), but ironically that wasn't a HOTLINE as the recording message said if one is in urgent, tried to send message through online and then hung up!
Same day (July 31, 2021), I then went to the Company website and tried to find someone to talk (5th time) but it said currently no live chat so NO response!
At night, I was so helpless and dropped a message in their website and just hoped anyone would let me know the most updated status (6th time) and again, NO response!
After 25 days of purchase (Aug 4,2021) and 6 Times tried to ask someone for help AND one of the employee called Danny told me the color that I would like to have been OUT OF Stock and gave me two options 1. Change it to color red Or 2.
Pay extra $100 Canadian dollar and changed it to a special edition!

Comments: HONESTLY, IN THE FIRST PARAGRAPH WITHOUT ANY APLOGISE IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR ME. AND THEY SHOULD GIVE ME the option for FULL REFUND IN THIS EMAIL.
Preferred solution: I would like to file a complaint and let the Company’s management know “no matter how’s good of your product, a bad customer service can destroy your business.
