A small part has broken and they offer zero support so basically a good quality, expensive item is effectively useless and needs scrapping.

I was contacted by the New Zealand office asking whether a delivery to NZ would be acceptable because I lived in the UK. I informed them that a delivery to the other side of the planet didn't help.

A small part has been damaged rendering the buggy useless.As no parts are available and they are uncontactable it is now unusable.

Even when you can find an email they ignore you. Very disappointed

A wheel spindle has broken and a replacement part is needed. However, this seems impossible to repace as there is no customer service.
