Verified Reviewer |Resolved: Overcharged, tricked into a 3 year contract and my security equipment was not fixed after over $1600 in invoices!
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. The company released me from the 3 year agreement and dropped about $1100 in charges. I agreed to mark my reviews as resolved and have hired a different alarm company for my store..
New equipment scheduled about a month later but equipment didnt arrive so they sent two techs to repair existing equipment. Over $1200 later they got the dvr working and took over my door keypad but cameras still dont work at the counter which was our main goal. I tried firing the company but they say I signed a 3 year commitment which they included in the equipment contract wo telling me. They wont let me out of it unless I pay over $3000 total fees and my cameras still dont work at the register.
Dont hire Mt alarm. They have stores in about 18 locations: Utah, Wyoming, Montana, california and more but they will take your money and leave you without the security you need to protect your home or business.
