Error in Billing

Hi:

I am being charged for services by your company in error. I did not sign up for services and I am located in South Carolina, which you don't offer service in this area.

The quarterly payments are being deducted from my business account, and in the description, it shows Account Holder CO ID 133090****. The amounts that have been deducted are as follows:

6/6/2024: $140.07

9/6/2024: $140.07

12/6/2024: $140.07

3/6/2025: $152.57

6/6/2025: $152.57

I have tried to contact Mountain Alarm through 888-349-**** and explained my situation. Kendra could not help me but passed the message to someone else, from whom I have not heard. Please give me a call at 843-801-**** to get this situation resolved.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. The company released me from the 3 year agreement and dropped about $1100 in charges. I agreed to mark my reviews as resolved and have hired a different alarm company for my store..

Hired Mt alarm to repair and install security cameras. First visit didnt occur for a month after hiring and billed $385 with no repairs successfully done!

New equipment scheduled about a month later but equipment didnt arrive so they sent two techs to repair existing equipment. Over $1200 later they got the dvr working and took over my door keypad but cameras still dont work at the counter which was our main goal. I tried firing the company but they say I signed a 3 year commitment which they included in the equipment contract wo telling me. They wont let me out of it unless I pay over $3000 total fees and my cameras still dont work at the register.

Dont hire Mt alarm. They have stores in about 18 locations: Utah, Wyoming, Montana, california and more but they will take your money and leave you without the security you need to protect your home or business.
