WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!!!

I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment for the last 3 days with Dr Acosta Raimundo and Dr Larissa Hernandez , cardiologist and internal Medicine but has been impossible! The call center was supposed to work until 5pm , the first time I called 3:30pm they put me on hold for 45 min then hanged up on me I called immediately right after and someone finally answered saying the were already closed and was not even 4:30 pm .

2nd day I called 1pm there was an automatic answer saying to press the # key and the first available operator would call me back but NONE called.

3rd day was absolutely the worse , from 11:30am to 4:30pm I tried to talk to get someone from Mount Sinai on the phone , I called 5 different numbers, I was kept on hold for over an hour each time and here I am after 3 days without an appointment! This is a SHAME and UNACCEPTABLE!!!

ICU on 5 West

I am a parent and sole caretaker of my severely disabled adult child who was in critical condition on ICU 5 West I spent every night for 2 weeks I asked his nurse Bernice for a blanket and she told me if it’s for me which it was she can’t give it cause it’s only for the patients meanwhile every other nurse there gave me a pillow and a blanket she was lazy fake and rude and very unprofessional really a blanket ever other nurse there always made sure I was comfortable cause I spent every minute with my child I never left his side I think nurse Bernice needs to brush up on her people skills and learn some compassion sorry I didn’t complain to the head nurse on that unit Bernice is full of *** wearing her badge to tight making up her own rules hope u never get a nurse like Bernice plus she had a very bad body odor problem

I had a hysterectomy

The doctor explained to me that everything will be okay and I'll be fine I'm better than ever I had repeated it more than 10 to 20 times. If my life changed in anyway and I'm very sexual active now I end up taking medication for the rest of my life and my sex drive when down the drain and I have to see a psychiatrist I can't believe that this happened to me this doctor for not explaining to me at the surgery will change my life and what should I expect he changed my life forever and that's why I'm making a complaint someone should look into this

Please stay away from Mount Sinai Hospital. The doctors and nurses at this hospital will not make you feel better.

The workers at the hospital treat patients carefully when they are committed, but then they proceed to harass and abuse them. Workers at this hospital give orders for clients to hand out they're important yet irrelevant personal information, and then they proceed to use that information against the patient. I do not know why the workers at this hospital treat sick people in such a crude way.

All I know is that they're behavior is not right, and that their actions make people feel really sick about themselves and other people in general.
