WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!!!

I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment for the last 3 days with Dr Acosta Raimundo and Dr Larissa Hernandez , cardiologist and internal Medicine but has been impossible! The call center was supposed to work until 5pm , the first time I called 3:30pm they put me on hold for 45 min then hanged up on me I called immediately right after and someone finally answered saying the were already closed and was not even 4:30 pm . 2nd day I called 1pm there was an automatic answer saying to press the # key and the first available operator would call me back but NONE called. 3rd day was absolutely the worse , from 11:30am to 4:30pm I tried to talk to get someone from Mount Sinai on the phone , I called 5 different numbers, I was kept on hold for over an hour each time and here I am after 3 days without an appointment! This is a SHAME and UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Classist and Poor treatment

I was refused to see a doctor, i was interegated by security, and snapped at anf confronted when I demanded my basic human right to be seen by someone.

Complain

My mother Diana Padilla been in this hospital for two days in the emergency room. she has a brain tumor they very slow on the process is a shame That mother has a serious problem and the urgent is very slow. the doctor told us that she will Be admitted and we going on 3 day my mother is still in the emergency and the neurologist has not spoken to us is a shame how this hospital operate this way.
