Pen malfunction
One of my injection pens malfunctioned due to it jamming between lock and unlock. The representative from Eli Lilly
could not have been more helpful and understanding.
She resolved my issue to my satisfaction. Excellent!

I am an actual diabetic
And cant keeps your product stocked for us
Not acceptable for people with diabetes and not just weight loss cant fill my meds because your company stays behind on the actual product

Mounjaro 7.5 mg shortage
On several occasions I've trying to get this medication/refills thought Walgreens, the pharmacy that I've been using for the past 15+years and is becoming a real problem to get this refills. First I was taking Ozempic 0.25 mg and later 0.50 mg and the manufacturer couldn't supply this pharmacies due to a high demand on the usage of these medications, causing a great deal of stress on patience like me (diabetics type 2) not able to find Ozempic.
My doctors then switched me to Mounjaro 7.5 mg, at the beginning I did not had a problem getting the drug and the refills, which has been the only medication that has regulated my A1C, but for the past 2 months it has been a nightmare getting it. Now I understand that regular people and celebrities use these medications to lose weight and they don't have a problem getting these medications, which seems unfair to me and a lack of empathy towards patients with diseases such as diabetes, heart problems, etc and we have to suffer irregularities due to an industry that doesn't give a damn about patients like us. I don't want to change medications because this one I have felt well and it is doing its job.
I hope to get a response from someone, because you don't play with people's health like that. Thank you
