Said warranty ran out, so I had to buy a new one with a 50% discount they gave me. I believe the other one was more expensive and better

I shouldn't have to pay not even 50% off for a new camera when this cost about 130 or more
Camera would not take nighttime photos, Had only 2 time choices instead of the 24 stated in the directions. I was ready to send it back and the lady said no, it's out of warranty so I got a 50% discount for a new one which I ordered. I really would like the other one fixed i do not have a receipt.

Camera M Series
They gave me a 50discout% discount for a new camera which I've received. for as much as the M series camera cost; I do not believe I should have paid for the new one.
It only gave me 2 time settings instead of 24. Both daylight settings; no night

My camera is not working
Camera comes on runs light cycle then shows dead or weak batteries then goes out and want come back on

I got a year plan unlimited pictures received 102 pictures they cancel my Plan no refund no explanation that cost me $170 I bought another plan same thing for another $170 received 600 pictures in two days cant get any pictures The camera sucks wont transmit any pictures try everything possible cant get an answer from them I never got to talk to anyone texted him 1 million times my suggestion if you have take it back and get your money back and get your money back from your plan these people are crooks they have broken every thing that they say they will do for you when you buy the camera if you have a camera call the Better Business Bureau worst company Ive ever dealt with in my life and plan on getting my $700 back I have invested in this mess

Something bad has happened
To the photos the Moultrie company is sending to my phone from my game camera. I have tried calling them numerous times and leaving messages and email requests.
Crickets.
I have rarely seen customer service this lousy. They charge me for their service, but when there is a problem with their product, you cant make contact with them.

We returned our camera to you have papers showing w received the camera its under warranty and it is supposed to be covered for a new camera to be sent back to me . No camera or a phone call to reach out to us .
No one at MoultrieMobile is answering the phone live chat not being answered and no one is returning calls when your placed in the cue!
Wheres my camera you took mine I need it replaced!!! Your taking my payment and you have my camera my number is 313999****

Ive tried calling multiple times to speak with a person not an automated system. My camera is not working tried everything I can do to make it work, spent pretty much 200 just to upgrade the service. I want my money back.
