Disgusting!
My mother is currently trying to deal with the trust of her and my dad that they did through Moulton Law when my dad was alive. He had an unexpected death, and the only help she has gotten from them is how much its going to cost for them to help!
She was asked to provide a death certificate along with a written summary of what she wanted to change. She did that, then received another envelope full of forms, needing more money, and requesting a death certificate again! She never got her original question answered and is even more confused, wishing theyd never done this in the first place. These guys prey on older folks who are afraid of losing everything they worked for, if they go into a nursing home.
They make it sound good, that theyll be there to support them in the death of a spouse, yet all they do is want more money, taking advantage of grieving widows/widowers.
What a shame, disgusting bunch of crooks! Should be illegal!

Poor follow through
My parents trust was established by moulton law offices. All prperties were sold.
One of the trustees went to the bank taking over 6500 from one of the individuals inheritance. I contacted moulton lawvoffice for help. I was told my att. Matthew ludke it was a conflict of intrest for him to get involved abd that i needed to hire an attorney in the town i live in.
I kept asking to explain conflict of interst to whom it is his job to ensure the trust is distributed as my parents wished, and utvis not ok for a trustee to steal.
He agreed and then hung up on me. Fon,t do a trust or use moulton law office they do not stand by thier word.

My parents set up a trust thtough moulton law firm in 2000. They have both passed.
The last piece of property has been sold. One of the trustees without permsion went to the bank and withdrew all the money. Taking with her a 12vyear olds inheritance and a healthy sum for herself. I called moulton law office and was told by matthew lyedke there was nothing he could help me with.
Citing a conflict of intrest. I ask if he represents the thief , he would not comment only stating i nerded to hire an attorney in the town i live in. I told Luedke his firm created the trust and offered assistance. I pointed out that the person eho stole the money is a breah of her ftduciary duty and i needed his help getting the childs trust fund back he said it was a conflict of interesr and hung up on me.
Apparently thry sale trusts and charge alot and promise things will be divided as the deceased wish and have no intention of helping when needed. Avoid this firm at all costs
