Order
Unable to speak with anyone in customer service. Had to file a dispute with PayPal!!!
Initially tried to say i didnt have an order, sent proof I did and then they wouldn't reply to phone calls or emails. I had to leave voicemails. No live support.
That just points to a scam to me. Product wasn't even shipped out or taken to FedEx!!
- No way to speak to live support or customer service
Preferred solution: Full refund
