Refund money They sent the wrong wig wrong color !!! The wig should have been white in front and black in the back I would like to return the wig and get my $40.00

Wrong wig
They sent the wrong wig plus the wig was suppose to be gray in front but was all black I want to send it back for refund

I have purchased many wigs from Motown tress don't think I will again making it too hard to exchange or do a return shouldn't have to go through this much

I ordered Angie Wig at time of order my phone number was 702 964 **** and e mail denise.henderson2000@***.com my phone broke lost all contacts emails etc. My new number is 702 427**** and new email is denise.henderson3000@***.com its been over two weeks and I've not recieved wig I ordered

TRASH. A waste of 65 dollars.
Ive had this wig TWO DAYS and it is already matted.
I want a refund. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I am looking for a wig that I have been wearing for several years and nobody has it in stock
I really do not want to give a rating since I am quite annoyed that I did not receive an answer. I have been spending hundreds of dollars a year buying the 360 joy wig and now it is not in stock anywhere and couldnt get an answer as to when and if it will be available because I am not a store. I guess I should look for a different brand since you choose not to give answers to people that purchase your product
Preferred solution: The wig that I’ve been wearing for 3 years or a response telling me if and when it will be available again
