Broken missing floor mat fasteners, no resolve

AI Highlights
  • - Motospa was paid $40 to clean the car; Weathertech mats were removed improperly, breaking 2 fasteners and losing 2.
  • - Jason refused to fix it.

Motospa was paid $40 to clean the car. During the cleaning, the Weathertech mats were improperly removed from the car breaking 2 fasteners and 2 fasteners were lost.

After speaking to Jason, he was unable to replace the 4 fasteners making the car mats unusable and dangerous to be used since they slide around under the pedals without the fasteners.

He actually refused to make it right and recommended we take the car to BMW who does not sell or support Weathertech mats. Jason did not respond with a way to replace the fasteners or the mats.

They will destroy your car

AI Highlights
  • - Oil change caused dripping; they blamed a gasket.
  • - Hood latch snapped; replacement free; car wash ripped my mother's mirror; water recycling smells rotten-egg.

I went for an oil change, than my car started dripping oil after it was done. They said my transmission pan gasket was leaking (bs) so I went back to get my oil topped off from all the dripping.

When I went to check it myself I realized my hood latch had been snapped off. I went back and they are ordering it to be replaced ( no charge) they have very poor customer service and run a sad shop. My mother went to get a car wash and the machines ripped her mirror off!

They re-cycle the water used in the car wash, so if you want to vomit from rotten egg smell go right ahead. I will not be going back ever!!
