Motorsport Monster - COMPLETE SCAM
Ordered a part which they said would take weeks on backorder and offered to cancel and refund -- which I requested via email. Three days later and no refund, no email confirming my refund, etc. I emailed them and the unhelpful support person said, "I am not a bank I don't process refunds. So maybe call them if you have any questions. Thank you!" Disputing charge with my bank and VISA. STAY AWAY.

Order was NOT shipped on time

Ordered some parts 2 weeks prior to my vacation. Told them that I need those parts before. Was promised NO problems. Nobody answers the phone. Communication by text ONLY and they don t t answer on time I am going on vacation tomorrow, and just now got the text that my parts are coming sometime next week. I don t have any use for them. Because of it I will not be able to fix and use my UTV on my vacation

Terrible service!

Will never do business with them again. I ordered the wrong fuel pump for my bike because their system isn't setup right to select the right vehicle. The guy even admitted it wasn't right. When I asked for an exchange, they didn't even have the right part in stock. Then to do a return would only give me 80% of my money back plus out the shipping to get it to me and to return it. I think for their system error they should at least give me the full money back on the part. Terrible customer service. I clicked exactly what I have a 2002 Polaris Ranger 500 and didn't know you had to click a total different series on the year model page instead of the model page like it should be.

Poor customer service when i needed an exchange

recived my parts in crumbled up boxes. broken parts and wrong parts. asked for an exchange and had to go online and fill out a rga form instead of taking care of it right then over the phone. waited 2 days and nothing. wrote 2 emails still nothing. finaly after a week i got ahold of adam which told me to send back the two boxes and he would send the corect stuff unbroken. however i paid for the return shiping. this is no way to run a buisness. i will never by from them again.. i purchased over 1200 dollars worth of stuff. he even told me that he would be nice and waive the restocking fee. im thinking for what, i wanted an exchange they sent me the wrong part.

All parts are thoroughly inspected and packaged to insure good working condition. It is beyond our control after the part is turned over to the freight carrier.

The freight carrier received and signed for the part in good condition. Consequently, it is most important to protect your interest by carefully complying with the following instructions: Please inspect your cartons for any damage (including concealed damage) that might have occured during shipping. Any damage is the responsibility of the freight carrier and should be reported IMMEDIATELY upon receipt of your shipment.

bad customer service, no emails answred, pay for 2nd day shipping 1 week later still waiting for my parts, requested 2 times a tracking number but never provided it, never go back again. :( :( :(
