No Vehicle Pickup and No Contact Regarding Scheduling
I contracted with Motorcycle Masters to haul my car and motorcycle from AZ to IL and the 4 day window they asked for was Jan 9th to the 13th....as I was closing on my house on the 15th and had to be out of my property on the 14th. Not only was I contacting Motorcycle masters by phone and email each day I never heard from them and they did not schedule a driver for my vehicles AND DID NOT CONTACT ME REGARDING THEIR INABILITY TO TRANSPORT WITHIN TGE AGREED UPON TRANSPORT WINDOW.
Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a company. Highly recommend hiring a different company

Screwed up my transportation and vacation
Motorcycle Masters Transportation out of Marco Island FL was hired a month ago to transport my bike from AZ to IL. When the transporter got here 2 days early and at 9PM at night there was no semi just a non-english speaking gentleman who want me to drive the bike into a ATV trailer and them pick up a 900 LB motorcycle and turn it sideways to fit in the trailer.
He did not speak english so he put me on the phone with the shipper who was a women who asked what the big deal was concerning the type of transport vehicle and why could I not pick up a 900 lb motorcycle and get it horizonally in the trailer. when I called the company the next day, nothing. Completely screwed up the trip and vacation.
Now I am stuck and they do not care. STAY AWAY FROM MOTORCYCLE MASTERS.
