Trying to order parts for your site I am unable to process my payment looking for gas and break lines for 2000 Oldsmobile Alero

I order some brake line clips off ebay. They stated the item was in stock and we clearly indicated that we needed them quickly.

Emailing the next day, I reiterated that we needed the item shipped. They responded that they would expedite shipping. Then two days later, they are like oh it sucks to be you, we don't have it. Then they screwed around a week and a half to issue a refund.

They then cancelled the order, lying again by telling ebay that I---I---cancelled the order! Probably to avoid negative feedback!

contacted customer service about a defective Stainless brake line in a complete set for my 2003 Impala with ABS. Line had incorrect fitting resulting in my mechanic having $250.00 extra labor.

Motorcity offered $30.00 for their mistake. I declined their most insulting offer.

I ordered a brake line kit for my 1993 Ford Explorer 4-door. The kit I received did not include the extra 10 inch line to the rear brakes that is needed due to the longer wheelbase of the 4-door vs.

the 2-door. I had to make one out of non-matching material.

The Ebay website says this is the correct kit for the 4-door.

I have contacted them twice to get the small line to match the rest. To date I have received no reply.

The stainless lines I did receive were all of good quality and fit, with the above-mentioned issue the only issue.

A reply yes or no would be greatly appreciated but unfortunately not happening.

I bought disc brake conversion kit . they said in ad fits 1963 to 67 nova .

yes they will bolt on but they set wheels out towards fender and the front tires hit fenders.

notified them they said no return. don't buy these for early nova waste of money.

Ford has 2 sets of brake lines for a 95 ford explorer. I need 1 break line to complete this order.

The picture of the one I ordered has the correct break line on it it is the longest one that has a v in it. This was not in my box.

I ordered a glove box liner that they indicated would fit a 1964 Olds 98 on Ebay (item 191976****02). It did not fit as advertised.

I returned the item and received only the purchase price less shipping.

As it was their error, I expected that they would refund the round trip shipping. I'm out $18.25 as a result of their mis-information.

need more information for correct application

I emailed you this morning about a master brake cylinder swap for a 1954 mercury. I received a reply telling me you did indeed carry that kit, part number FPB5401, I went to your web site but there is no "Search" tab so I couldnt enter the number, also, there was no tabs for anything other then engines and engine kits so I went back to ebay found your listing and tried to "Search our Store".

I entered that part number but nothing came up. Im ready to buy the kit but my customer wants to see it before I order and what the cost is.

Bought some parts and never received!!!

I purchased 2 items from motor city musclecar(inline tube),and specifically noted on the purchases that i wanted to combine them,duh. A day goes by,an i get 2 email tracking numbers?I call them,whats the deal,noted on the note to seller area,to combine shipping.

They gave me some run around about that they were purchased separately,ok,and theres a special way to buy mutiple items to get them combined,huh and would not refund the extra shipping costs. Well they lost my business & got bad feedback everywhere,wheres the customer service,for $5 freight issue.

This the second incident i have encountered with them,should have check who the the real company was before buying. My rant
