Motor Museum Mint...They charged my account without authorization this will stop!

I purchased the$ 10.00 trucks and got 2 sets. Then I start recieving more trucks or whatever is in these boxes.

I never ordered them, they just keep on sending them. I will call the company and the better business bureau. I am sick of this kind of action on these online companies. It needs to stop.

How this company does business is unbeliveable. Do they think they can scam everyone?

Well thanks to this company I will do less info shopping and I hope people who read this will inform other people of this companies actions. By looking at other comments I think the word is getting out!

Co lost my order and won't refund my money!

I order some die cast cars with MOTOR MINT. I received part of my order but noticed that the POLICE CAR SPECIAL, (two for $20.00) had not shown up. After giving them an extra week,I called and was told by a rude male, that there was no order in the system for POLICE CARS. After being rude and condescending to me, I asked to speak to a supervisor, he then put me on terminal hold and when the phone finally rang back it was him again. I was told that there were no supervisors working today...blah blah blah. I asked him how to handle this he told me to send in my bank statement via fax. I told him that I had a receipt and that I did not want to send in my private bank info, to which he replied, you have to there is no record of this transaction. Reminding him again, that I had the receipt that THEY SENT ME, I was upset to hear that it didn't matter.

I copied the entries from my bank statement and my receipt twice to their customer service email and the wrote back the same thing...no such order, receipt does not matter and fax my full bank statement showing their charges. I wrote and told them that I shouldn't have to send my private information and they have the burden of proving me wrong as I have the receipt which matches my bank entries! I then find out that the POLICE CARS NEVER EXISTED AND HAD BEEN DISCONTINUED YET WERE ADVERTISED!

I am done with these clowns, but will pester them until they make this right...yes over twenty dollars. I worked for it and I earned it. They are thieves from what I have read here!

Receipt of unwanted coins.

I have received two unwanted coins, YSTQGP and YSTQSP, which I never ordered wanted. I am no longerin the coin collection business. Yes I am "PISSED" I havetried to contact your office by phone. When I phoned I was put on hold for the first available representative and I waited for 25 minutes for someone to hear my complaint, so I hung up. Called again and hung up as I got the same response.

How do I get the the credit card charge notification (Installment) taken off my American express card. I tried sending an e-mail customerservice@***.com and was advised that they couldn't deliver the message at the address.

NOW can you see why I'm "PISSED" ??

Did not fill order and rude and nasty

I never knew there could be so many *** under one roof. Nobody seems to know anything about the company and they cover their lack of knowledge by being rude.

Ordered a 1958 Packard and i never got it. All i get from them iws a headache. The way they have run their business of late is not very professional. I called 40 times and i get a busy signal.

then finally got through to a Call Centre and they serve several companies' not just Motor Mint. I will never order from them again which is a shame because they had nice products.

BUYERS BEWARE SCAMS RUN LIKE A RIVER HERE

On December 19, 2011. Placed an order with these clowns.

January 5 2012? Still have not received the order. Three long distance phone calls. And numerous e-mails produced NOTHING but deciet and falsehoods.

Phony tracking Number4s supplied to buyer. Was told by their "Customer Service" ( Whyat a joke ) That my order was shipped Fed Ex Postal express on 12-22-11.....12-27 11 Still no items. Called again second call. Was told ims were shipped 12 24 11....Still no items...Was TOLD ON 1-34-****?

items WERE SHIPPED Decembers "30" 2011........PROVIDED WITH PHONEY TRACKING CODES WHICH PRODUCE NOTHING !! No such number according to Fed Ex and the U.S. P.O.

Filing complaint with my Bank against this ...................."Slippery Slope " When I asked to speak to a supervisor?

I was told ; "There is no supervisor" These people are No good and will be investigated by the Bank for fraudulent charges. on my C.C.

They lied to me.

Motor mint called me and told me hey would send me one free car due ot me being a good customer and i agreede topbuy two more cars for $14.95 plus shipping and i got the cars plus a bill for $36.90. Boy what a scam.

They did me right the first time i delt with them so i thought they would be ok.That was about six months ago and i was going to place another order but not with them adding several dollars to each order therefore not being able to trust them ever again. I will call them now and see wyat they will do about this order.

Received defective binocular on jan 27 2010, return binocular on jan 2910

received defective bincoular on jan 27 2010, return bincoular to NMMM on jan 29 2010. Since that time I have not received a replay from the company nor the bincoular.I have called the company,but has been getting the run around with the person I speak to.I will have to say that this company is running a scam, and why haven't the Federal Trade Commission step in. The complaints from past consumers are being ignored.It is appalling that NMMM can advertise their product on national TV, receive customer money,and scam them.You got me once,but you want get me twice.
