Poor Service

I was in Fla. and visited a local dealer with 10-12 riders was greeted warmly by the service rep. when asked about "flashing " the radios to update GPS service etc. they hooked us up and away we went. Yesterday 11-1-16 Pulled into Brighton/Motor city Harley, Relative slow day and was told to make an appt. and there charge would be $100 charge go figure? When the factory has creditable upgrades shouldn't the technology be available to the loyal consumer? Wish I could write Harley direct and get a response? Thanks Fla. you rock Michigan dealers should come take a lesson.
