Need tittle to register motorcycle

The company that took over Moto lease said they have no record of my title so I am dealing with DMV to resolve this issue.

They went out of business the company who has taken over told me they have no record of my account. I went to DMV they gave me a form to send to Motto lease which I told them doesn't exist, and they said to send it to them anyway.

I owe four hundred and fifty dollars left on the lease.

I can't get my motorcycle registered without the title which is more a salvage title due to it being considered a total loss by insurance I am stuck .

I rebuilt my motorcycle I need title to do a brake and lite inspection. That is what my issue is.
