Motogrid unable to continue scamming people
Me too happened to me with an order for my kawasaki, page 267 USD, I send mail, call, send fax no answer, also claimed through their website and do not respond, are thieves adema brand representatives will say we should warn these to take action

Today is the 28th of Feb, 2013
Before you order from Motogrid.com, please hear my story.On the 28th of Jan, 2013, I placed an order for 2 pistons and ring sets for a total of $202.84. The parts showed that they were avaliable and the expected delivery date was 2/4/13 through 2/7 13.
on the 15th of Feb. I called and left a message inquireing about my order. I have done this at least 15 times, including emailing their parts department and they never replied or answered the phone. One time 2 weeks ago I called after hours and somebody answered the phone and said they would call me back in 5 days with an explanation and tracking number.
Guess what did not happen? I've been calling and emailing with no reply so I am really fed up with this group of thieving frauds and am posting everywhere I can so you don't get ripped off like me. If you don't believe me, try calling 815 730 **** (this is their parts number) you'll get a kick out of it because they told me to leave a brief message, phone number and order number (47290) and they will return my call. Try emailing them at salesdept1@***d and see what happens.

Before you order online from this company, please hear my story. I ordered 2 pistons and ring sets from Motogrid.com.
They were happy enough to take my $202.84 but then I did not get my parts. I ordered them on the 28th of Jan.,2013I was supposed to receive them between the 4th and 7th of Feb,2013. Today is the 27th of Feb.,2013 and I still haven't received them. To make matters worse, when I try to call them and email them (about 15 times each) they do not reply.
My name is Patrick McGrath and I'm committed to getting the word out that this company is a fraud and will gladly take your money but won't deliver. This is a true story and if you don't believe me just try to call and email them and see if you get a reply. I give them a negative star.
If you don't believe me, try calling them yourself at 815 730 **** and try to email them at salesdept1@***.com. You won't get a reply no matter how many messages you leave.

I am the owner and President of Motogrid.com. We have been in the power sports business for over 35 years!
All of the parts ordered and paid for by Barradas-Figueira, Danny Manuel were ordered on May19th and re orderd with the manufacture on May 20th. All the parts were shipped to the customer of record in less than one week. All of the parts were delivered AND SIGNED FOR on June 4th. We do not accept any inquiries from a person NOT responsible for ordering the parts or paying for them.
That is illegal. So, parts were ordered, parts were paid for and parts were delivered and accepted.
Another done deal just like the last 30,000 deals we've done in the past 35 years. We will not speak to anyone other than the person on record and paying for any parts according to privacy laws.
