Rude service and never paid off car

I bought a kia in march of 2017 and traded in my other kia. Was told they would pay the remaining balance and disposition fee being i was buying another kia on the spot. 5 months later im in collections and they refuse to oay any of it. Been trying to get answers since june when i got my first collection notice and now its in a collection agency messing up my credit! And now they say they wont pay it or the remaining payment they never made because i bought a used car! This was never explained to me while buying my vehicle! Id advise everyone to staybaway from kia as a whole comapny!

Damaged NEW Car, Condescending Manager, Failed Payoff, Rude.

I want to try to warn potential customers of Motion Kia to stay away and go to another Kia dealership. I have never done this before but I wanted to publicly condemn Motion Kia for their hideous customer service and inability to put the customers first. After purchasing a BRAND NEW car from them their detailer gave it to me with scratches, paint chips, a scratched wheel and the wrong color touch up paint on one of the doors. They tried to give me a damaged car but luckily I caught it and have all of this in writing acknowledging this was their fault. They have made me jump through hoops, and even cancelled 3 appointments for me to bring it in to get it fixed. It even sat there for 5 hours once, untouched. (It is still not fixed after one month!!!). No wonder why they have a 1 star rating on yelp. Kia has failed to make the payoff on my old car within 30 days, which showed a late payment on my account- even though they have the car on the lot for sale! Ugh! General Manager is rude and condescending treating customers like they are trash. Does not care about customer loyalty, or happiness. I will be servicing my vehicle at Gateway Kia in Denville, and encourage everyone to NOT shop at Motion for their Kia. There are many other dealerships in town willing to go above and beyond to earn your business, Motion simply does not care. I have heard many horror stories but chose to give them a try since they are so close. I have never posted anything like this in a group before but really want to warn everyone about the lack of quality this Kia dealership provides and to hopefully stop people from getting screwed over as I have.

GM Lied to my face, Ashley was misinformed and rudely tried to tell me what she thought was right. Kevin the Finance manager agreed with me, and agreed that what Ashley said was wrong. Damage to my car worth $1,800.

Rear tire falls off after tire service

I had an 10,000 checkup which included an oil chane and tire rotation. Leaving the dealership i heard a strange noise coming from the rear of the car and decided to return to have the car checked out. Driving back to the dealership my rear driver side tire fell off the car and rolled up the enbankment next to the road. Called Kia and they came and brought the car back to the dealership. They thought is was funny while i was livid. The whole experience with them was vey non-chalant. They put my life and the life of others in danger cause of the very poor service. Will never go back to this dealership.

Dont buy a used car from motion kia thy dont care

i asked them for a worry free car . they sold me a lemon with a warranty, that didn't cover anything very well. then when I was very up set over this car I bought, they told me I should learn to read a contract before I sign it ps I bought the car in 012 and still haven't been able to drive it just pay for it! no recourse fortunately I found a shop that is now just trying to sort it out they are experts on this car and they cant get it ether looks like it must have a new engine to stop all of the oil leaks it has ps don't buy a car over 7 years old it has no lemon law I learned to read

Motion Kia does not value customers

Since purchase of vehicle, my treatment has been reprehensible. My temp plates expired on the 19th. The first excuse for the delay was "processing delays due to Sandy". Then I received a call from Kia stating the dealership was awaiting a letter from me verifying that my name change was as a result of marriage. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? For Kia to allow a dealership to play pathetic games is ridiculous. I could understand your need for a marriage certificate- IF THERE WAS A DISCLOSURE AT PURCHASE that required a signature, but there was not. Instead I was incessantly harassed, even after providing TWO STATE OF PENNSYLVANIA DRIVERS LICENSES, one in my old name, one in my new name. Legal documents provided by government- proof of change had to be given in order to receive. But, no, Kia, would not take my calls. Fast forward now, you have my copies of state licenses, you have my letter attesting to my name change, and I still do not have a license plate nor a registration. Oh, but you did take my first months car payment.
