Extremely unprofessional staff and the landlord is violating tenant landlord law.Today I was walking behind Brendon who was showing walking with potential tenants--he purposely closed the door in my face as we were all walking through the hall. Their staff should be given a test to prove mental competence.In the past 4 months they have put up 4 notices to enter tenants units.

Fire alarm testing and annual inspection ok. Then an additional inspection fire alarm testing inspection --which was ridiculous with blaring fire alarms. Then another random inspection that no one ever got back to me on clarification which is also illegal per California tenant law. I talk to the maintenance and vendor when they are at my door and ask what they are inspecting.

They tell me taking photos of everyone's counters and floors. I deny entry since my personal items are in the unit and I do not want those photographed. This insanity gets worse.Another re-testing of fire alarms only I get no notice. My neighbor tells me.

I go to the office and ask about it and they say how did you find out about it? The incompetence and unprofessionalism is ridiculous. They also don't notify anyone that the building is under new owners. Tenants found out about it.

Then they test elevators with zero notice given to tenants--zero- triggers fire alarms. People work remote! Disrupted work and at this point I have ptsd for their insane fire alarms. Hopefully the new owners will fire the entire leasing staff and general manager.

Let's not forget about her.

I was downstairs in the leasing office when she engaged in a screaming match with a group of tenants complaining about the fire alarms. Horrible staff and this apartment is over-priced.

Still atrocious service with RUDE staff and massive incompetence when it comes to resolving any issues. SMOKING has been an issue since I moved into this building.

Not only all over the building including the pool area and garages, but INSIDE my unit. Staff basically doesn't answer emails or calls so I am forced to go down to the leasing office and have my day disrupted to get them to call my surrounding units or send out some type of email. I have no proof any of this is being done because since moving here I have not seen any non smoking email go out to the tenants. Today when I had to disrupt my work day and go down there when the staff thought I was out of ear shot they were laughing and said something like she always complains about smoking.Absolutely unacceptable.

They also have no clue what they are doing and charged the wrong rent before and instead of even offering an apology they said oh. Repulsive behavior and attitude. Love my actual apartment and the area, but I can't justify paying money for this level of below average service. Their policies are also insane for instance these are 12 foot ceilings and maintenance told me they don't change lightbulbs.

So I have to pay for lightbulbs and then try to get someone to put them in and then leave them for the next tenant. I was also charged a late fee for not having renter's insurance when I had renters insurance 2 weeks prior to the old one expiring. I provided proof, but apparently Alisha doesn't understand reality and cold facts and refused to take it off. I guess they are cool with violating California tenant/landlord law.

Garage - filthy. Garbage on the 7th floor has been left for months. Dog *** all over the place. Pool and hot tub filthy.

Hot tub Luke warm all year round. Pool is freezing they do not heat it. No soap in the pool bathrooms that are open to the public.

Health violation. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

They now have charged me the wrong amount of money for rent. I have never in my entire rental history dealt with this level of incompetence and blatant fraud. I do not recommend this building to anyone!

The general manager Alisha is running scams and charging bogus fees. This woman deserves to get slapped with a lawsuit.

Atrocious customer service. I'm not the only one complaining just read their 1 star yelp review and F rating with BBB. The apartment is cute, but management is rude.

For the money these crooks are charging corporate needs to fire them all. A disgrace of a management company.

A total *** show. Motif apartments Woodland Hills.

They are late giving me the lease, and when I ask about it they keep telling me they are sending it. Pinged me with a rent insurance fee even though it was sent to them weeks ago.
Smoking issues in the building that management can't resolve.
Maintenance was disrespectful and started cleaning tools in my sink without asking. Atrocious. These people do not know what they are doing.

Also garbage is over 70 per month. They deserve to be sued!

If you can't comprehend what is being written then don't leave gaslighting and ridiculous comments. Clearly someone associated with the business who can't even write a grammatically correct comment. Another perfect example of their unprofessional staff.
