Bad customer service

Placed an order they lost it and are refusing to reimburse monies . Supervisor stated package was sent but not delivered and they are awaiting return. We have proof that package was delivered back to warehouse on June 14th. Call centre in Mexico

User's recommendation: Do not buy as they lied regarding package.
