My motherboard went bad and I had to send it back for a RMA. They sent me pictures of shipping damages including a damaged CPU socket pin.
(IMPOSSIBLE SHIPPING DAMAGE) based on the pictures they sent me, I concluded that they damaged the motherboard on purpose and they instructed me to file a shipping insurance claim.
They said they will send the motherboard back to me as is. They never sent it and the shipping company wont take my damage claim.

They sent out a faulty motherboard and now expect us to believe that when we send it back they will test it and be truthful about the result. Avoid like the plague unless you want to lose money!!!!
Not only will you pay for the faulty motherboard, you will pay to ship back to them, and then a fictional 15% re-stocking fee. As we have had the m board independently tested we know it is faulty, yet they still ask if we are sure it is their product!!

I bought a board for a computer. Guaranteed.
It arrived with battery installed and cmos fried. Board not working. Contact seller for return/refund. Got nasty “it worked when we shipped it and do not try replace our board reply.” No refund no help.
Apply for Aliexpress dispute moderation. Got basically no response other than a denial of resolution.
Do not buy anything that can be broken from Amyloving Store or Aliexpress. Guarantee means they promise no customer service and they expect you to prove to them that an electronic part doesn’t work.
