Poor customer service after incomplete repairs.

We brought in a classic 2000 Nissan Maxima for an inspection sticker and a "check engine light" issue". The veh. was in mint condition when delivered, however after many weeks in their care and over $2,000.00 charge we received the vehicle with an empty gas tank (originally dropped off with a full tank), damaged to the exterior and missing parts under the hood.

Phone calls and email request have been ignored by Management.

I went there to trade in leased car, after looking around saw a car that said on windshield 22.K when I finally got papers 3 hours to find out what they were charging it was 26 k, 6 hours there. Don't Believe What They SAY.

First of all the sales are great lying sales guys and the service department are even worse the management of mossy nissan has lost total control of their employees and does nothing to regain the respect and trust of customers. Fustration and stress is the last thing i needed when i bought my Nissan's car's yes i bought more than 2 and i am very disappointed by the treatment i get every time i bring my car for service.

Your counter guys have no knowledge of nissan cars what so ever management does not care and service keeps on down.

I GIVE MANAGEMENT A ZERO FOR NOT MANAGING AND TRAINING EMPLOYEES ENOUGH TO HELP LOYAL CUSTOMERS GET GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROBLEMS BEING RESOLVED.. I DONT NEED TO BABY SIT A COMPANY LIKE YOURS TO FIX MY CAR WITH ALL THE MONEY AND INSURANCE I HAVE PURCHASED.

Mossy Nissan - Didn’t fix anything

I went in to mossy Nissan Kearny Mesa after my car refused to start. It’s a brand new Nissan Sentra 2016 with 20000 miles, Cesar the guy at the service, counter said my battery was dead ...

my car is brand new. On top of that my driver door handle is practically falling off, my Bluetooth sometimes will work and my doors sometimes get jammed and my slip indicator light is ALWAYS ON and no one is doing anything!!. Wtf Nissan I spent close to 15 grand and I’m fuming.

After changing the battery the car still doesn’t want to start now I have to wait until Monday to go back in waste more time, pay more money MOSSY NISSAN IS THE WORST!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

Bought a Titan with 59 miles (2017) at 3800 the rotors warped. Are they willing to replace them … No. We'll resurface them. Call this person and that person. You don't put used tires on a brand new truck. And you don't take the meat off the rotor on a new truck. They are all sitting in a circle blaming each other. It should be new rotors automatic, And no one, is anyone addressing why they went bad. This is Bull Shit. Get Real. Rotors don't go bad at 3800 Miles... and no hitch on the truck until last Saturday with nothing towed. And the dealer said {get this}… you were in Las Vegas. What... trucks don't operate in Vegas?

Someone (Nissan) needs to take responsibility for this.

It's *** ridiculous. Consumer Services didn't give a *** and lied where the blame was. Again just a circle jerk of blame.

I"m so furious. No one is will to step up to the plate and handle this.

Absolute immoral, unethical charlatans..If their objective is to rip people off, lie to their faces continually, excessively waste peoples time & insult their intelligence then Mossy Nissan excels above and beyond their goals. I am not sure collectively I have seen such a collection of low level *** artists working synergystically together to scam people. They are like an ant colony all on the same page with the same goal 'to *** the public & generate commissions'

I bought a Versa there & immediately has gas milage issues. This I partially take responsibilty for, previously I had my Xterra serviced there and everything in my truck was stolen while in their possession, when I inquired they said "we have new car wash guys that have been caught stealing customers items & they have been replaced" Really, how about replacing the items stolen ?

So after purchasing an extended warranty at signifigant cost they still will not fix the issue, rather they have me bring the car in take a day off work, rework my entire schedule & get a rental car..Then they won't fix anything & call me 30 minutes later saying come pick up the car, its still not fixed and its just a constant run around & games. They have done this to me almost 2 dozen times before I decided I will have to sue them to recover losses. When I asked to speak to the manager yet another series of games, when I finally spoke to him his resolution was to have me take a substantial loss & sell the car back to them & buy another one ? Really ? You want me to buy yet another car from you when you won't even honor or fix the current one ? Churn & burn *** bags ! Shameless *** at that, they look you directly in the eye as they tell you a litany of lies . I have left a ton out trying to shorten this up, bottom line if you buy a car from Mossy nissan you may as well set fire to your cash, time & sanity & just pray you don't have a problem, My God !

Let the buyer beware..If your looking for an unapologetic thrill ride of lies, deception, lack respect for you & your time, shameful lack ethics & you just enjoy being run through the ringer & treated like dog ***, look no further you have found your dream dealer !!

If your life is lacking in these areas 1) not being treated terrible enough 2) You really like being talked down to 3) You have incredible amounts of time you need wasted 4) you feel your not being lied to enough 5) You feel you need to be disrespected more in life 6) you enjoy throwing away money 7) if you enjoy metaphorical shots to the groin 8) if your surrounded by good people & feel you need some *** in your life for diversity 9) If things are going well in your life & you desperately want to add stress & 10) or finally if your in love with not being called back & constantly like to re-shatter your faith in dealing with car dealers...........Then I am here to say all these issues can be addressed in one fell swoop, just buy a car from MOSSY NISSAN & rest assured all those prayers will be immediately answered & addressed 10 fold.

I am not a hateful or spiteful person generally but if Mossy nissan were on fire & I had the only extinguisher, I'd watch them burn, not because I am angry but in the interest of saving someone else a tremendous amount of aggravation & loss.

Bad customer service

very disappointed with the service we got, we were ready to buy a car on sunday mydaughter was trying to see were she got a better deal she had 2 cars in mind nissan altima and kia optima but after the service we got, we went to kia and purchased the car from them. I went with my whole family not thinking I was gonna be put in a situation were I felt embarrass and humiliated with the way the seller and the manager talk to us in front of our children when we decided that it was not the best deal for us.

what a difference customer service make after we went home and had dinner we went to kia in national city and we purchased the car, loved that Oscar was there to really help us out we started with 7% apr and we ended with a 4.9% apr. I know I won't be sending anyone to the new mossy nissan in chula vista but I would be sending people to Oscar at kia in national city thank you

HEY ROD THE SAME MECHANIC TRYTO SUCKER ME ON FIXING MY DAMAGE TIMING BELT JUST BECAUSE I WAS STRESSING OUT AND DESPERET AND TRY ADD MORE THINGS FOR ME TO SPEND HE DID MY DIANOSTIC I THINK HAVE NO SIGN OF WORK UNDER MY HOOD $90.00 MY BUDDY A MECHANIC SEND IT TO MY HOUSE NO! THEY WILL MILK EVERY DIME THEY CAN THE JOB WILL COST ME AT LEAST 1000.00 THEY SAID ON A TIMING BELT $80.00 AND BYPASS HOSE $12.00 WHAT LABOR $900.00 FOR ONE DAY!

MY FRIEND DID IT FOR ME LESS THAN HALF AND A BETTER JOB I WISH I WENT TO HIM FIRST I WAS JUST IN NEED OF HELP THAT TIME NEVER AGAIN I GO TO MOSEY NISSAN NATIONAL CITY. *** NO!!!

Mossy nissan of national city

I took my car into service on sat 052408. I knew there maybe something things wrong with it since i have not taken it in for service in about a yr.

Well, the asst service manager, jose juan, told me that there are several things wrong with the car. I was prepared for that. I paid for the full inspection of my car @ this time there was nothing wrong with radiator when I pick up the car on 052708, the car was wrong great for just a couple of days. This morning I noticed smoke coming out of my engine.

Now jose tells me that I need a new radiator and it would cost me 500.00 to fix. And I also notice that the rattling sound was not looked @. I was outraged. They had my car for 2 full days.

I had no problems with my radiator prior to taking it in for service. I felt i was cheated. I did not pay for them to replace the radiator. I bought the radiator (new) for 85.00.

I dont think I will be taking my car here for service any more.

I am going to find another place to service my car.

I got ripoff from Mossy Nissan in Escondido, Ca service was for my low beams only and came our with timing chain need to be replace and still running with the same noise they applied to kepted going back with more problems and now they want to charge me for them which I have warranty Im stressing and I little about the the timing chain. Done nothing

Gone in twice for beat seat latch,(back seat doesn't lock.) I have 2 kids, I need that latch. They didn't have the part in stock so they order the part.

So I got call a day later, saying to coming in, will put in the part 30 min. OK went in in guess what they loss the part. so now i got to go in again when they find the part (when they find.) Now thats what you call bad service. You can complain to the service manager, he dont care he drives a mercedez.

so here i am waiting.

Scam on already installed alarm charged for new one

purchased new car from mossy nissan in poway-bought extended warranty and was charged for alarm system-took the car back to install and found alarm was

pre existing -called mossy finance dept

and was told alarms are pre installed and

just have to be activated-then why was

i charged $395 if alarm was already in

car and why did i make appt to have this

alarm installed-shouldn't service dept

have been aware they had already put an

alarm in this vehicle???im upset because they didnt even try to check on the situation and offer me no solution to an additional charge that i should not have to pay

MOSSY NISSAN NATIONAL CITY

Hi,

My name is Rod. I haven't driven my two year old Nissan Xterra that I bought from Mossy National City. When the "service engine light" came on, I immediately brought it to "A On Electric", my long time mechanics. They've diagnosed bad transmission. They checked the fluid and other stuff and the mechanics there told me that something inside the transmission was wrong. I brought my car the next day back to where I originally bought it, Mossy Nissan National City. My car has only 56K mileage. I have bought the Security Plus Gold warranty. Emmitt Henderson III , a mossy mechanic immediately collected $90 from me for diagnostic fee which I later on found out from my warranty contract that I have $0.00 deductible. His first phone call to me, he said that their mechanics couldn't figure out what's wrong. He said that there has been contamination inside the Transmission. He suggested that someone put the wrong fluid in the transmission. They assumed that it was a motor oil. On his third call he said that there's nothing wrong with the Transmissions that the fluid is maybe causing the service engine light to come on. He said they will flush my Transmission twice and charge me for that but still they won't guarantee that the flushing will fix it. I haven't driven my car for a month now. I reported this horrible experience with the BAR and BBB. An independent company is supposedly testing the fluid, which I think that Mossy Nissan should have done the first time I brought it there. They're just want to suck your blood dry. I reported all this to the corporate but the corporate is as unreliable and incompetent as the Mossy Nissan National City Dealer. I'm doing my best to spread the word so no one would dare to buy Nissan.
