Ordered a custom cornhole set for my husband in April, for Father's Day. Assured they would be ready by Father's Day, they were not. I messenger'd seller she has reasons and excuses, I waited patiently asking every couple of weeks for a update, (seller never initiated updates) was told cornhole sets were almost done. This goes on for months then finally seller admitts its not working out and she will refund me. But still hasn't refunded, more reasons/excuses now she's not responding to any of my messages N

Mossy Moose Gifts and Gallery - Paid for a custom art piece, waited four months, never received.

I ordered and paid for a custom art piece to be made by Lacie Mcginnis, owner of Mossy Moose in Wallace ID. After waiting for about 2 months I saw an advertisement for 30% off of new orders.

After bringing this up to Lacie, that I was annoyed that they were offering discounts on new orders while I was still waiting for mine to be competed, she agreed to give me the discount in lieu of the long wait and said my piece would be done shortly. A week later I went to pick it up and she had made the wrong piece with wrong colors. I told her it was no problem and it was fine if it took another week to get the correct one.

6 weeks later I inquired to see if it was done and was told that I obviously didn't understand her circumstances and that she would no longer be making the piece that I had ordered 3 1/2 months earlier. What on earth kind of business practice is this???

This business has combined both of their stores and remodeled. Interesting.

The owners|management have not responded to any demand payment letters, emails or calls.

Certified letters have been sent and picked up by owners. BBB complaint, FTC complaint made, and now It’s attorney time.

Whimsy Moose Boutique 414 6th St. or Mossy Moose 418 6th St. Wallace, Idaho. I have consigned with both stores, owned by the same couple. They have been extremely late on EVERY PAYMENT to me for my sales. I think it's because I'm out of the area, and cannot dispute to their face. Now they won't give me payment or reconciliation of inventory sold or payment since November 2021. I'm out $27,000! I wonder if they are doing this to all their vendors? Be very concerned if you consign with them, and be weary if you buy from them, are their consignors are getting paid, or they are pocketing it?
