They came over to spray and left knowing they had damaged our property with their chemicals.
I called but they never called back to resolve it.DO NOT USE THEM!!!

- - They sprayed my street, but mosquitoes still attack outside.
- - They didn't spray the whole yard, citing foliage, though I have woods in my backyard.
They say outside is fun again but its not. They sprayed my whole street and cant sit outside for more than a minute without getting attacked by mosquitoes.
They sprayed my yard and we watched them do it and they did not do the whole thing. Claimed there wasnt enough foliage.
Even though I have woods in my backyard that they did not spray!! They just arent good at all

They barely spray my yard even though we have complained about it. And I cant even sit outside for a min without being attacked by mosquitoes.
They say it works and it does not at all. They have come three times and seems like it has gotten worse

Not doing the job like they should have
- - Technician didn't apply enough product; yard not bug-free.
- - Manager apologized, scheduled a follow-up respray, but refund/discount denied.
While watching, I discovered that the gentleman that was treating my yard had zero effort for making sure the mosquitoes we're going to stay out of my yard. He just walked around my yard with his equipment and barely used any of his product.
I called and left an email to mosquito Joe about the situation. Letting them know that I figured out the reason my yard didn't seem "bug free" like it had before.
The manager emailed me back apologizing for what happened and they would send someone else out to do another respray. I responded to him that i would like
either some kind of discount for next year, or get my money back for this year because I've left enough phone calls and emails of how poor our service has been this year. The discount was never mentioned but the manager did go on to say that I would NOT be getting my money for the whole year and if I was truly unhappy then I would have went somewhere else.
He mentioned i didn't send the multiple emails (that I still have) and said that I only called once to respray.
All and all, I don't feel like this year has been justified for the poor treatment attended to my yard and I should be paid for the year. I don't feel like they follow through with their guarantee the only thing that was guaranteed with them this year with was my automatic payments. But the part that hurts me and my wife the most is that, this pregnancy just so happens to be our last and we really had high hopes of enjoying the family outside and taking photos during BBQ's and even planned for maternity photos in the backyard. Unfortunately, I wasn't getting the service that I paid for and I'm still waiting for my respray (wayyy past that now)
We've had to cancelled our maternity photos at our place like we planned and having.
And trying to accomplish anything outdoors this summer has felt like a complete waste. "Outside is miserable again"
