Stole 350 off of my card, roaches, and inappropriate security
I have an unotherized charge on my debit card. They are denying it, but the weekly charge is 350.
I paid and the next day I was charged again. The hotel has roaches bad and black mold. The head of security is extremely inappropriate..always stared at my 17 year old daughter and he yells and curses the black residence out. He gave us a 9pm curfew, saying we cant sit in our cars or outside to get air.
He put me out for being outside, my mom passed a few days before, I needed air. So DISRESPECTFUL!!!

Put us out for nothing
They haven’t done any thing, they ran my card without my consent. Still waiting on my money.The security guards are inappropriate, the head of security was staring at my daughter like a pice of meat. A poorly ran place.
Security guard act like he is the police..we have a 9pm curfew, as if we are on house arrest. Can't sit in your car or go out to catch some fresh air.
The management talk to people like they are kids. There is drugs all through the hotel and drug deals all day.
And the head of security is a *** who carries a pistol. It is roach infested!!!
