Im trying to contact you via your phone number all I get is number busy. Why wont you pick up your calls after providing your the number to reach myself Im not good at typing I like it better when I express myself through talking but my question is why would you charge my card for the whole year when I was just trying a free trial to see if my baby will like it I take that as obtaining money by force pretends then later on you refuse to answer calls so that you are not questioned anyways I want my money back Im not ready to pay Moshi my $50

It's been a little over a month, since I purchased an item from the Moshi company. It also took me awhile to attempt to reach out to them, reason being that there was no phone number or email address to contact them.
There's also another discrepancy after I purchased the item from their website, they didn't include a tracking number to know weather or not the item was sent. When I finally reached them I received an email from their customer service department. All they could tell me was that they would look into it and get back to me, within 10 working days.
I haven't heard from them yet ?? I'm beginning to regret that I purchased anything from this company..I personally wouldn't recommend it.
