They weren't working with my bill. They were trying to reduce things.
They were very rude to me. They hung up on me. They were very mean to me.
They won't work with me at all with my bill. They are overcharging me and trapping me in a contract and lied to me about it being $14.95 a month for two years, then $17.37 and also the rate increases to $33.60 just for a local phone.

I fell behind on my bill; that's my fault, I understand that. But after shutting me off and claiming they would work with me, they did nothing.
All they would tell me is that everything was their policy and they were not going to work with me. I have limited income every month and I tried to pay their bills, which kept going up. That wasn't good enough. I understand I needed to pay the bill, but they could have worked with me after they shut me off.
And once I was shut off, I asked them to backdate the bill for what I owe them to the day I was shut off, and they didn't do it. They also charge for services while you're shut off.
That's their policy. I don't think they operate very fairly.
- Mosaic will not work with you if you fall behind on your bill and they charge you while you are shut off
