Here's the problem who really owns the mortgage? That is the deed of trust lien on all those homes? They control all of it internally! The assign it to whoever they choose, so let's say a big lender goes belly up and it's asssets where one of these mortgages, well no no that mortgage was assigned to one our other companys Are you saspiciuos yet?
B of A, Wells Fargo, Ocwen, HSBC, and many other lenders all write their loans and name MERS as NOMINEE or BENIFICARY of the deed of trust, WHY? The Justice department needs to investagate this is RICO These guys are hiding
