I want what’s owed to me
You get a letter to say your getting x amount then bang nothing they were good at taking the money of us every week I never missed a payment in 15 years just do the right thing and give the people what there owed

We was told that we will be getting compansation back in September 2024 with the uphelp loans now we can't get hold of anyone to get it sorted not numbers to contact its like they all disappeared when
I'm wondering when are we going to get compansation back was told fourth quarter no response get even get threw to numbers or emails

Miss sold ppi
When my husband and I had loans from you, we were both sold PPI. My husband called regarding it and the lady on the phone said that we were both mis-sold PPI.

It's about an outstanding balance on my account
Im calling Morses and theres a woman giving you the different options and Im trying to get myself connnected to someone as need to talk to someone but Im not getting nowhere. Im not happy here.
