They were AWEFUL. Not only were they not compassionate with the fact that they were a local rep for Herd windows who went bankrupt and weren't honoring their warranty - when we went ahead and ordered the replacement glass for our windows that had broken seals - they didn't set the expectation on the lead time. 6 weeks later - the glass hadn't even shipped and the slick sales person that brokered the deal was nowhere to be found. We ended up asking for a refund and starting all over with another company that was going to turn it around in 3 days instead of 2 months with Morrison Millwork.
