They go through service customers cars and trucks, remove personal items, my last SUV had cash stolen from it. They smoked in my SUV, had lighters left in it, my glove back and center council were gone through and left open. Not only that, but they lied about what repairs were needed. Furthermore, they lied about a series of events. They lied about everything and when you call them out on it, the fire you're as a customer. Got GM involved, and they helped resolve the issue with a different Cadillac dealer, but it was 3 months of back and forth BS from Morries. This starts with the VP of the entire company to the gm to the service writers. They are all crooks and when you confront them, they say we are done with you, you are not our client anymore.
