So now me and my daughter don't get our snake I contacted the owner Darien and he won't respond and delete post after I commented on them ...he says he carries this company with integrity and principles but that's a absolute lie..

There is no better marketplace to buy and sell reptiles, I have successfully bought and sold reptiles on the platfrom for several years and have had all positive experiences. I love most of the changes the new management has implemented.
I love that I can sell and shop both locally or all over the country.
Anyone who has issues with Morph Market must not understand it is a selling platform made up of many breeders and sellers, not a storefront. Do your due diligence sadly scammers and bad apples can get onto any platform, luckily the MorphMarket team deals very aggressively with them.

Best marketplace for reptile lovers
There is no better marketplace to buy and sell reptiles, I have successfully bought and sold reptiles on the platfrom and have had all positive experiences. I love most of the changes the new management has implemented. I love that I can sell and shop both locally or all over the country.

Question with an auction I am seller buyer hasn't paid I don't know what the wait time should be
The person winning an auction never paid us for the snakes. I am not sure how long I should be waiting and what the next step would be

Seller and website made personal threats to me and harassed me saying that i was committing fraud and i never even heard of this website. They also were trying to blackmail me and make personal claims against me without conducting a proper investigation.
This website acted totally unprofessionally and broke the laws when trying to resolve my concern i had and not only did they not stop it they contributed to it and i would never use this site as they harass, blackmail and threaten good innocent hardworking people and this site needs to be shut down! I hope that this website gets shut down and these people have to be responsible for their actions! because it is ran by horrible cuber bullies who abuses animals and promotes hatred. I am not one to leave bad reviews for anything but these people went out of their way to target me and to tell me that i committed fraud and they said that they had my address and phone number and they lied and did not and Morph Market gave my personal email out to someone who was threatening me and i was scared for my life and had no idea what they were talking about!
Shame on this website for giving out peoples personal information like that without doing a proper investigation first.
I would love to see this site shut down and i will do whatever i have to do to make sure that they can not target other innocent people. Beware this unethical site and you have been warned do not use this site!

Their customer success department doesn’t address issues with customer service
The customer success department at Morph Market protects their sellers, and ignores customer concerns. They call the department customer success but should change it to seller success.
A seller went on a rampage on the messaging portions while replying to my neutral rating for his business. He treated me very unprofessionally, and when I contacted customer success they actually told me they were removing the neutral rating. I followed their guidelines for ratings, but it didnt matter to them.
They protected this seller and he now appears on with excellent ratings. How misleading of customer success from Morph Market.

This website is NOT 100% SAFE FOR SELLERS, however it is safe for buyers.
19.99 or more a month, and you can get kicked off or banned for just accusations without proof or a way to defend yourself and prove yourself. Moderators and customer service can ignore your emails if they want or just don't like you.
Competition can mass report you if they feel threatened and get you banned as well. If a moderator decides, you and your store gets put on a banned list, and you lose your money and customers.

MorphMarket assumed I was shipping reptiles at a early age when they were posted to just get people inquiries they made me public as a flag on Instagram in a unprofessional way trying to ruin my business , never had this issue used MorphMarket before
