Avoid like the plague, check out lawsuits against them and consider carefully
Executives in Colorado have worsened the situation. They don't understand Power of Attorney laws, and they took no action to resolve this situation and the egregious behavior of their employees in Idaho Falls.
I'm writing this review specifically for MStar Idaho Falls, and the corporate offices in Colorado. Their crimes include defamation, elder abuse, retaliation, civil rights violations, cruelty and indifference towards a resident, and withholding treatment from an elder.
Kimberly Fullmer, the director, is dishonest, and she runs the facility in a sociopathic-like manner, based on my own experiences with her.
I strongly recommend that you find somewhere safe and accommodating for your loved ones. In my experience, this place is neither.
